The BICC emphasizes that any official notifications, information, or payment matters related to the BICC will be conducted through official BICC channels, including the BICC's official website, BICC email, and BICC bulletin board. Please do not trust any information claiming to be from the BICC through phone calls, text messages, social media, or other unofficial channels.
If you receive suspicious phone calls, text messages, or other messages involving the BICC, please remain calm and do not disclose personal or financial information.
Please beware of telecom fraud, protect your personal information and financial security, and together safeguard the rights and interests of the BICC and yourself.
